You have 3 shipping options:

1. FedEx 2 Day Express: We ship your tickets using FedEx's 2 Day Express Service to your credit card's billing address or a verifiable work address.

2. Hotel Delivery: We'll send out one of our reliable couriers to deliver the tickets to your hotel front desk the night before you check in.

3. Free In-Store Pickup: Tickets will only be released to the card holder. Please present photo identification upon pickup.
Shipping Options:
Although the most secure delivery method is picking up your tickets upon arrival, we do offer delivery options for U.S. Customers only. Orders received Monday - Friday before 4:00 PM EST will be processed same day, orders received after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

*You must first contact our office to arrange for delivery of your tickets. We deliver 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
